III. Information you provide when you contact us for support: Information sent either one-to-one or within a limited group using our message, chat, post or similar functionality, where we are required by law to collect this information.

4. Sharing with Third-Party
I. InVideo provides tools through the Service that enable you to import and export information, including User Content, to and from third party services, including through features that allow you to link your account on InVideo with an account on a third party service, such as YouTube or Facebook using multiple keys project keys for their APIs. They are governed by their own API policies By using one of these tools, you agree that InVideo may transfer that information to and from the applicable third party service. Third party services are not under InVideo’s control, and InVideo is not responsible for any third party service’s use of your exported information. The Service may also contain links to third party websites. Linked websites are not under InVideo’s control, and InVideo is not responsible for their content. These third party services are governed by their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies (Eg: Google Privacy Policy). If you choose to send your exported video to YouTube, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy when connecting your InVideo account to your YouTube channel. You may review and revoke access to your channel via Google's security settings page.
We do not share your information with any third parties unless required to do so by any statutory authorities under any law in force. However, we disclose certain information to some third parties as duly displayed on our website.
In addition, if you access our website through any intermediate website, the cookies of such website may be accessing certain information at the source level over which we have no control.
System Communication & Transactional Emails- We use Sendgrid, Intercom and Mixpanel as our transactional email providers. The emails we send from the services use such third party infrastructure and we share your name and email address with them to send out the emails
5. Information that cannot be uploaded
While using the Services, you shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information on to the Services that:
I. belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right to;
II. is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever;

IX. threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation.
6. Your Controls and Choices

7. How long is the data kept?

All data is encrypted via SSL/TLS when transmitted from our servers to your browser. The database backups are also encrypted. Except for your password, data isn’t encrypted while it’s live in our database (since it needs to be ready to send to you when you need it).
All data that we store in our log files or send to third party software that we use to analyze errors with the Software is anonymized and no personal identifiable information is sent to them.
We use Stripe for payment, analytics, and other business services. Stripe collects identifying information about the devices that connect to its services. Stripe uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us, including for fraud detection. 9. Data Transfers, Storage and Processing Globally
We have plans to operate globally and may transfer your Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information to third parties in locations around the world for the purposes described in this privacy policy.
